If you need to return your purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a refund within 14 days after delivery.
If you do not hand over the package to the carrier within 14 days after you have received it, we cannot refund you.
Items on special promotions, bought with vouchers or custom made cannot be returned.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, and damaged.

The returns have to be in the original Olvi’s packaging with any tags and labels on.

Merchandise must be returned in one package.

You can use our pick-up service for the return. A return label can be found in your package with a detailed instruction.

For the use of our pick-up service we will deduct 15€ off your refund.

If you decide to arrange the return on your own, we advise you to use an insured shipping method with a track and trace number.

We offer you free shipping on every order above 300€.
Order will be dispatched from The Netherlands between 2 to 10 business days.
Due to COVID-19 delays in deliveries to some regions might be applicable.
Customs duties and taxes outside of the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
For all destinations outside of the European Union, local tax laws may require additional sales tax.

Custom orders are possible upon request.
Send us your preferred color choice, size and measurements based on our size chart. Once we receive your order, we will review and get back to you with your order confirmation. Custom orders are confirmed only after we have sent you an order confirmation. This can take between 1 to 5 business days. The delivery period of customer orders is between 2 to 3 weeks after order confirmation. You will be notified for your expected delivery date upon receipt of your order confirmation.
